Step 1: Preparation
The first step to getting started with your customized engagement ring is to be prepared for the process. If you have some idea or know exactly what you want, this stage can be very simple and straightforward.
However, if you’re feeling a little uninspired or are struggling to explain the design you have in mind, it could require a bit more time and effort, such as looking for inspiration and similar rings that you like, perhaps creating a moodboard.
This will help you to carefully select a design that you can see the wearer being proud to wear every day for a long time. You can piece together different inspirational pieces and provide these to our team, who can then help to design the ring according to your preferences.
Step 2: Professional Consultation
Once you have the design down, it’s time to take the next step and schedule a consultation. The designer will speak with you about the specific features of your design so they can conceptualize the end result.
Communication is the key to success through this stage, so don’t be shy. Make sure you thoroughly explain the vision that you have in mind, so you and the designer are on the same page during the production process.

Step 3: Computer Rendering and Final Design Approval
Next, our designer will prepare a computer-rendered model of how the ring will look. This stage is an exciting one, as you will see your ring design looking almost as special as it will in real life!
However, sometimes there may be an aspect of the design that doesn’t quite fit your intended design. You can make any amendments you want at this stage, and all final details can be discussed to ensure that the final ring will be perfect.
Once you're happy, you'll approve your ring's computerized design and the ring will move to its final stage: production!
Step 4: Production and Delivery
Once the final design has been approved as discussed above, it’s time for the designer to create the masterpiece.
The completed ring will be delivered to you will all the specifications you've discussed with your designer, down to the metal type, diamond cut and type of jewel. Or, visit our store to collect it in person!
